Organisation of folders, Quizzes

Can we organise the folders in such a way that the side bar only contains a folder view and you have to press the folder to see the contents rather than having it out like this?

I can make it like that manually but organisation wise- I think it would be better automated :)

Also, can we have multiple different quizzes rather than the same quiz over and over for the same content? Maybe a quiz report after completing it would be helpful to include as well!
